NOLAN CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL STRATEGIC PLAN​

Development of this long-range, strategic plan represents a comprehensive process that was initiated in the Spring of 2015. The Diocese of Fort Worth and Nolan Catholic leadership partnered with Catholic School Management, a nationally known firm recognized for its more than 40 years of work with Catholic schools, in developing this plan that will position Nolan Catholic to effectively continue its long standing legacy and tradition of providing excellence in Catholic education for young men and women in the Diocese of Fort Worth.  

 

The planning process was deliberately designed to be data- driven, highly participatory, and collaborative:

• 163 participant voices were heard through individual and focus group interviews;

• Data-based assumptions were developed to underpin the plan with regard to local economic and demographic conditions;

• Involvement was ensured from Diocesan representatives, the NCHS Advisory Council, administrators, faculty, staff, students, parents, alumni, and friends of NCHS.
